MEET THE BONETTI'S - Sandra and Paul Bonetti first visited Martha’s Vineyard in 1978 and like so many other visitors, immediately fell in love with the island's natural beauty and graceful charm. They then visited the Island over the next four years and in 1981 decided to purchase their first home, located on a half-acre of land in Katama, Edgartown which is The Edgartown House. They returned over the next few years and in 1989 purchased another home called The Vineyard House. In 2000, they built their third home called The Katama House.
Over the next several years the Bonetti's purchased three additional properties called; The Oak House, The Martha's Vineyard House and The Cottage House. They now own a total of six (6) vacation homes and also manage two additional privately owned properties called; The South Beach Ranch House located in Katama, Edgartown and The Chappy House which is located on nearby Chappaquiddick Island.
The Bonetti's are very ‘hands on’ owners who take pride in making sure all their guests have the greatest possible vacation while visiting the Island. Both Paul and Sandra Bonetti are originally from Massachusetts and live off Island during the winter months, but come back every month to check on all the properties. They live on the Island from early Spring to late Fall and are located within easy walking distance to most of their properties. They have two grown children and two wonderful grandchildren. Their son Keith Bonetti spends much of summers on the Island helping maintain their properties as well as all of the grounds.
Over the years the Bonetti's have built many lasting friendships with many of their guests and their families. Some of these families started visiting the Island when they were just kids and now return with their own kids and grandchildren. Whether it is information about where to eat or what beaches to try, or more practical advice like where to get your car or bike serviced, they are always available to answer questions. The Bonetti's are the friendliest people you will meet and love to make you feel right at home. That is why so many of their guests choose to keep coming back to the Island to visit again year after year.
