GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION
We make the booking process simple. Once a reservation is made, a lease agreement will be emailed to you the same day or the following day. The lease will include all of the specifics previously agreed upon, dates, payments, maximum occupancy, etc. Guests need to respond to the email to confirm their reservation and receipt of the lease.
TOWELS AND LINENS
We provide blankets, bedspreads, comforters and pillows. Guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels (bath and beach). If you prefer to order these items instead, there is a company called TAKEM-MY-LINENS RENTAL that will drop off linens before you arrive and pick them up the day you leave. Please view their website for more details (www.takemmylinenrental.com). NOTE: List of beds sizes and no of bathrooms are included on each of the rental home pages.
AIR CONDITIONING
The Vineyard House and the Oak House have Air Conditioning. All others are equipped with table and ceiling fans. Guests are reminded that they not allowed to install portable/window AC units on the premises.
OUR PET POLICY
We do consider pets in some of our homes, however they are not allowed without our written permission and the signing of our pet policy.
GENERAL HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES
As a courtesy, all of our vacation rentals include a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc., however guests should expect to provide their own household and cleaning supplies for the length of their stay. We do not supply personal care products. Basic cleaning supplies and household items are left as a convenience, but guests may need to replenish them as needed during their stay.
INTERNET AND CELL PHONE SERVICE ON THE ISLAND
We do not accept any responsibility for any problems encountered trying to connect to the internet or in using your cell phone while staying on the Island. Due to storms, power outages and other technical issues there maybe times when you cannot get service. Although these interruptions are rare, we cannot guarantee they will not happen. It will be up to the local cable/internet company and cell phone provider to restore these services as soon as they can.
